Demex

Developed by a UK based optometrist, DemEx foam cleanser for lids and lashes consists of a synergistic blend of a number of plant-origin ingredients developed to be specifically effective against both:

• Demodex Folliculorum (Blepharitis/lash follicle)
• Demodex Brevis (Meibomian gland) conditions

This foaming cleanser contains the active ingredient, T40 (4-terpineol) which is derived from tea tree oil and is most effective against Demodex.

Massaged gently in by clean fingers, the DemEx cleanser removes harmful micro-organisms from the eyelids, the lash follicles, and eyebrows. It is then rinsed off.

With a pleasant, cool sensation DemEx has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties meaning that it can also be used as a soothing anti-bacterial face wash. .
